Production: The latest addition to their range of organic wines, produced from a selection of unusual grape varieties sourced from the estate's finca Cal Vendrell de la Codina. Vineyards planted on calcareous clayey soils with low levels of organic material at an altitude of 310/350 meters above sea levels. Harvested and selected manually at the selection table. Fermentation takes place during 8 days at a temperature of 27ºC. Ageing in 225 litres fine-grained allier oak barrels during 12 months. It has not been clarified, lightly filtered before bottled. Production of 5100 bottles.

Tasting Notes: The complex mix of fresh fruit and forest aromatic herbs is perfectly balanced by spices, minerals, an earthy touch and nicely balanced tannins. A fresh wine with an excellent quality-price ratio.
Notes: It can be enjoyed at this point or it can be given an additional 4-5 years.
