Production:  Elaborated by Sommos winery located in Barbastro (Huesca), the winery owns 350 ha of vineyards over 5 farms within the Denomination of Origin Somontano. The Glárima Roble is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes come from Finca de Torresalas, selected at the sorting table and vinified separately, fermentation in stainless steel vats at 26-28 ºC and aged with its lees in French oak barrels for 3 months.

Tasting notes:  A modern and versatile wine ideal to accompany a Barbecue or a friend’s gathering. Good aromatic intensity, ripe red berry fruit, spicy notes with a touch of smokiness. Youthful palate full of berry fruit flavors and a touch of vanilla, smooth with lively sweet tannins.

Notes:  Will drink well over the next 2 – 3 years.
