The grapes come from a selection of very low-yielding centenarian vines.
The wine is naturally farmed using biodynamic techniques. Manual harvested. Fermentation takes place in reinforced concrete deposits for 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, where it will age for 14 months with a further refinement in the bottle.
The wine has not been filtered, and it has been clarified without being submitted to aggressive treatments to preserve its natural characteristics. Vegan friendly.
Tasting Notes: Fresh fruit-driven, with intense aromas of red and black cherries, vainilla, and chocolate notes. Full-bodied, round and supple, pleasant, easy-to-drink wine.
