Artisan wine of ecological viticulture. The Cosmic Gratitud is noted for its freshness and finesse with less concentration and less wood. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc ecological grapes sourced from the highest altitude growing vineyards in the Baix Penedés region in the province of Tarragona.

The wine is organically farmed following the biodynamic principles.

Vinification: 

Hand harvested. Fermentation takes place in open oak barrels with natural yeast.  Double aging, 30% in Clay amphora for 1 month and the rest in oak barrels during 6 months. SO2  10mg/l. Bottled unfiltered.

Tasting Notes: Nicely crafted wine, exhibiting freshness, finesse and fruitiness, smooth, harmonious with plenty elegant mature fruit and floral hints, the tannins are smooth and easy with a very fine long finish.

Notes: To drink now and over the next 3 - 4 years.

Cosmic Vinyaters is the project of a new generation of winemakers,  passionate, enthusiastic and talented young people with the aim to produce  small-crafted volumes of well made wines with their own unique identity, totally respecting the values of the fruit and showing a great respect of nature and of the expression of terroir. They practise sustainable viticulture following the Biodynamic principles.
