Serving Temperature: We recommend serving the wine at 16ºC. The mature style of these wines requires a cooler temperature for tasting.
Production: A single estate wine sourced from over 60 years old vines of Grenache from the “Pineyard”, own-vineyard composed of old vines growing on very poor and dry soil on the slated steep-slopes in the municipal district of Torroja del Priorat. The wine has fermented in open stain steel vats and French oak barrels of 600 liters with and ageing period of 18 months. The vineyard is organically farmed since 2007. 600 bottles produced.
