Production:  Clos Petó 2016 has a bigger proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache in relation to the previous vintages. It has aged for 14 months (depending on the barriques) in 3^rd and 4th year French oak barrels. The wines are bottled after a light filtration.

Clos Petó 2010 was its first wine bottled under the classification of “Vi de la Vila” from Porrera. This legislation introduced in 2009 by the DOQ Priorat, recognises and protects each region’s different characteristics, viticulture, climatic, soil, etc.... with the purpose of highlighting their particular characteristics.

Clos Dominic is a  small family winery that elaborates with all their passion and perfectionist  a small quantities of lovely well made hand crafted wines, a 100% family–team work effort since they established in 1998, caring to produce always the best possible wine while remaining faithful to the terroir and their ancestors customs, their quality is their success together with the authentic personality of the great priorat wines. They practise sustainable and minimalist viticulture, totally respecting the values of the fruit and the traditional process of the wine making process. They count with their best assets which is “La Tena”, 7 ha. of vineyard age ranging from 64 –100 years and one of the best parcels in the Priorat, located in the municipal district of Porrera at an altitude of 430 meters.

Tasting notes: Good intensity of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, lovely nose of integrated fruit and oak combined with minerals. On the palate displays good dark fruit with hints of sweet oak, beautifully balanced with spice, oak and tannins. Warm and ripe opens out with time.

Notes: It is recommended to let it breathe in the glass for a short time to achieve its maximum potential. It can be enjoyed through 2027
