Acústic Celler is a personal project of Albert Jané of Jané Ventura in D.O. Penedés.  It all started in 2003 when he acquired some old native vineyards in the D.O. Montsant. Once more maintains his philosophy, respecting the traditional viticulture of the region and the values of the fruit, with no attempt to give pride of place to the wood,  great respect to nature, avoiding excessive use of technology and allowing the vines to express their individual characteristics.

Tasting Notes:  Lovely aromas of spice box, black cherry with mineral and floral notes. Nicely balanced acidity and tannins, softness with a touch of sweet dark fruits and earthiness. Fresh with a lively style.
