Alcohol Volume: 14%

Serving Temperature: 14º - 16º

Production: This new wine from Tomàs Cusiné is produced under the Denomination of Origin of Cataluña. Sourced from older tempranillo vines planted between 1978 – 1989 and from younger vines of the other varieties planted in 2004 at an altitude between 560 – 750 metres. Hand harvested. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 22º-24ºC with a short skin soaking with some oak in it. Aged for 2 months in French oak barriques.

Best enjoyed in youth over the next 1 - 3 years.

Tasting Notes: Displays well defined varietal characteristics, smooth , velvety and rich Tempranillo, pleasant and aromatic Grenache, spicy and delicious Syrah and full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. Nicely balanced.
