Type: Red Wine oak aged

Alcohol Content: 14 % Vol

Serving Temperature: 16º - 18º

Elaborated mainly from Black Grenache and Carignan varieties sourced from selected vines over 30 years of age, together with a smaller proportion of Syrah. All of them were sourced from vineyards with different soil compositions and microclimate.

Production:

Each variety is vinified separately. Fermentation takes place between 26–28 ºC.

Ageing during 13 months in new and half-new French and American oak barrels, followed by another 8 months of ageing in bottle.

Tasting Notes:

Straightforward, integrated nose of fruit and oak. Palate of deep, rounded flavours and soft tannins. Finishing with good length.
