Serving Temperature: 15º - 17º

Production: Made from a rigorous selection of Tempranillo grapes from their own vineyards in Briones, in la Rioja Alta, vines age average of 45 years growing on clayey soils and facing north. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 28ºC during 10 days with 3 pumping over a day. Aged during 14 months in French oak barrels with racking every 4 months. Bottled without filtration nor clarification.

Tasting notes: Very expressive on the nose, mint and tobacco mingle with aromas of dark fruits, blackcurrant fruit, with spice, toasty and herby notes. Good complexity on the palate with excellent tannins, spicy and fruit in harmony.
