An elegant and appealing rose wine, from the range of wine created at the spectacular agricultural estate "Casa Torralbenc", in the south of the Menorca island.

Production:

Made from young vines of the Monastrell and Syrah varieties. Vinification of each variety separately. Gentle maceration and fermentation in temperature-controlled  stainless steel tanks.

A wine with a beautifully pale salmon pink color. Aromas of red fruits, dried roses, light herbaceous and mineral hints. With depth and richness, this wine has remarkable appeal and elegance.

The Bodegas Torralbenc project began 2011, on a traditional Menorcan estate in the municpality of Alaior, about 15 minutes from Mahón. The project entailed rehabilitating the farm with the aim of developing an agroturism and winery project, which came to life with its first vintage in 2016. The winery is housed in the old "casas of Torralbenc", a 19th and 20th century agricultural estate of 77 hectares, 14 of which have been planted with vines.
