Mas Foraster's rosé wine is a young, fruity, and elegant wine that displays to its maximum the varietal expression of the native grape variety, Trepat, the most widely grown grape variety that thrives across the Conca de Barberá region.

The grapes are sourced from the "Voltant del Torrent" vineyard, from 10-year-old vines growing on sunny slopes of the Prades mountains at 500 metres above sea level on alluvial, calcareous-clay, with stones, and slate soils.

Production: 

Fermentation at a low temperature with native yeasts in stainless steel vats. It rests on its lees for about three months.

Tasting Notes: 

Pale pink in colour with intense aromas of red fruit and spices. On the palate, it shows freshness and youth with intense red fruit and spices - a young wine with rich fruit flavours.

Notes:  Best to be enjoyed in its youth over the next 1-2 years.
