Llàgrimes de Tardor is a young, fresh wine with a marked Mediterranean character. Made from selected vineyards with low yields situated in the Canaletes River Valley.

The grapes are hand-picked at their best ripening point. The cuvée is a skillful blend of the three types of Garnacha (black, white, and hairy), vinified together after a short maceration with the grape skins and cold fermentation. The wine spends two months with its lees in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

Tasting Notes:

Fresh and elegant, with a pale pink onion skin color. It displays delicate notes of red forest fruits and herbal notes such as fennel, citrus hints, and a slight bitter almond finish.
