Production:  Elaborated from the Penedès` autochthones varieties, Macabeo, Xarelo and Parellada and the Chardonnay. Artisan production with a minimum of  92 months ageing in caves in contact with its yeast. This version De Luxe comes with an exclusive presentation of a label made up of tin with 8 Swarovski stone embedded. 500 bottles made.

Tasting Notes:  Fine bubbles. Quite floral, specially jasmine and apple notes, hint of toast and citrics. Dry and creamy with good acidity, complex flavors of citrus and tropical fruit Quite persistent and fresh on its finish.

Note: Best consumed up to 12 – 24 months after disgorgement date. Combines perfectly with shell-fish, fish, pasta, rice dishes, cold meats, ideal with aperitifs, desserts  or simply on its own.  Sote in an upright position at all times, in a dry, cool dark place.
