Production: 

Elaborated from the Penedès' autochthonous varieties, Macabeo, Xarel.lo, and Parellada, and the Chardonnay. Organic, hand-harvested and patiently aged. Artisan production with a minimum of 92 months of ageing in caves in contact with its yeast.

This version De Luxe comes with an exclusive presentation of a label made up of tin with eight Swarovski stones embedded. There are 681 bottles produced.

Jaume Giró i Giró is one of the most historic cellars of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. It produces artisanal, top-quality cavas in very limited quantities. 

Tasting Notes: 

Fine bubbles. Quite floral, especially jasmine and apple notes, with a hint of toast and citrus. Dry and creamy with good acidity and complex flavours of citrus and tropical fruit Quite persistent and fresh on its finish.

Note: Combines perfectly with shellfish, fish, pasta, rice dishes, and cold meats; ideal with aperitifs, desserts, or simply on its own. Store in an upright position at all times, in a dry, cool, dark place.
