Production: An Organic sparkling wine made according to the regulations of the governing body of organic viticulture. Elaborated from the three classic cava varieties. Harvested and selected manually at the optimum moment of ripeness for each variety, lightly presses and fermented in stainless steel vats each variety separately with a minimum ageing on its lees of 15 months, 15-27 months. Residual sugar: 0 g/L.

Alta Alella is a family project started back in the early nineties by Josep Maria Pujol-Busquets and his wife Cristina Guillen, a modern Cellar, farming organically from the beginning, their property located 2 km from the Mediterranean sea near the Town of Alella has being declared and fully certified organic, currently controlling 50 Ha. of vineyards within the D.O. Cava and the D.O. Alella, planted on slopes and terraces on Saulo-soil, an acidic and sandy soil with low limestone content and low in organic matter.
Tasting Notes: Clean, dry, aromas of citrus and white fruit, green almond and apples, with a lovely mousse and white fruits on the palate, light and fresh.
