Quality Sparkling wine fermented "Méthod Champenoise" from ecological farming. It has an in-cava aging on the lees for 54 months.
Straw yellow color. Rich, toasty, nutty-scented nose with hints of liqueur and ripe fruit aromas. On the palate, it shows good fruitiness and acidity, with some spicy notes and a lemon peel touch.
