An artisan dry red vermouth from Catalonia, crafted in Priorat, Catalonia, by Clos Figueras.

Forget Me Not is made from a selection of the finestred wines from the Montsant region. A wine base of the varieties Grenache and Carignan infused for 2 months with the aromatic plants and Mediterranean herbs sourced from the surrounding mountains.

Aged in 500-liter French oak barrel for 18 months.

The result is a complex vermouth with botanicals flavors, spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, thyme, fennel.Sweetness and acidity in balance. Complex, slightly bitter finish.

A perfect aperitif, to be served simply neat or on the rocks with a lime twist and a green olive. Once the bottle is opened, is recommended to keep chilled for 3 to 6 months
