Vinification:

Natural and pure wines without added sulphites made from a blend of mainly Xarel.lo, Chardonnay, and Muscat d’Alexandria from eco-certified plots, “Camp del Boter (Rodonyà), Serra del Montmell, les Parellades (Penedès). The wine is organically farmed following the biodynamic principles, working with sacred geometry. Manually harvested.

Maceration with skin and part of the stem for 8 days, spontaneous fermentation with autochthonous yeasts, and aged with its lees in stainless steel vat.

Bottled unfiltered. SO₂ < 10 mg/l.

Cosmic Vinyaters is the project of a new generation of winemakers, passionate, enthusiastic, and talented young people with the aim to produce small-crafted volumes of well-made wines with their own unique identity, totally respecting the values of the fruit and showing a great respect for nature and for the expression of terroir. They practice sustainable viticulture following the biodynamic principles.
