Production: Celler Credo is the white wine project from the well-known Cava family Recaredo, the project is based on the Xarel,lo grape, the Mediterranenan native varietal. 8 hectareas farmed according to the principles of organic and biodynamic methods, located in the region of the Alt Penedès.

Pure Xarel.lo from organically farmed vineyards fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, bottles unoaked after spending a few months in tank.

All the wines from the winery are organically farmed and carry the Demeter biodynamic certification and are duly certified by the authority CCPAE the Catalan Council of organic production, the public watchdog responsible to the ministry of Agriculture of the Catalan Government.

Tasting Notes: It presents a strong varietal character, lively and refreshing, dry, white fruit, some herbal notes and citrus notes, vibrant acidity and long aftertaste.

Note: This wine is Vegan suitable. It has potential to age in bottle for a few years. This wine may contain natural sediments due to the minimal intervention.
