Production: The new wine from Dominio Do Bibei, a single varietal, sourced from Treixadura vines aged between 10 and 30 years from the Valley of Avia, Aronia ad Muño. Manual hervested, vinified separately by zones in 600L oak barrels, 1200 l. ,2400 l Austrian Foudres and ovoid concrete tanks.  Aging first in 600L French oak barriques, 1200L and 2400L Austrian foudres of many ages. Second part in stainless steel of 10000 L. to reach natural stabilization. Kept on its lees.

Tasting Notes:  Aromes of white stone fruit, revealing floral notes as well and a touch of aromatic herbs. On the palate is dense with just the right level of acidity, soft and glyceric texture. Long and dry finish.

 Notes: It is recommended decanting prior consuming. To be drank now and for the next 2 -3 years.
