Production: Organic white wine from a single vineyard: “La Capelleta”, classified as Gratallops Vi de Vila, farmed as the rest of the vineyards of the estate. Mas Igneus can boast of pioneering organic viticulture in the Priorat, and all their organic wines are fully certified CCPAE. The new Mas Igneus Cellar inaugurated in 2004 in the municipality of Gratallops was designed to be in harmony with the natural surroundings of the site. La Capelleta is a single varietal of white Grenache, growing on llicorella soil, harvested and selected manually grape by grape. Fermented and aged for 4 months with battonage in the same chestnut and acacia barrels.

Tasting Notes: Pale gold color. Aromas of apricot and green almonds. Unctuous with marked acidity. Long and fresh.

Notes: It can be enjoyed at this point or it can be given an additional 2 - 3 years cellaring.
