Vinification: Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc ecological grapes sourced from the highest altitude growing vineyards in the Baix Penedés region in the province of Tarragona. The wine is organically farmed following the biodynamic principles and it has been Ecological certified. Fermentation takes place partly in Amphora, partly in French oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. The wine in the amphora and in the barrels was left on its lees for 3 months with regular batonnage. 6075 Bottles.

Tasting Notes: Clean grassy nose with aromas of tropical fruit, floral notes and a hint of minerality. Very harmonious, smooth textured, good depth of flavours with a lightly spiciness on the palate, finishing fresh and crisp.
