Production:  Sourced from their own property: Quinta San Diego, 40 hectares Ecological certified, planted with Verdejo vines of an average age of 30 years and located at an altitude of 750 metres over the sea level. The soil is made up of pebbles and varying degrees of sand and clay. The Vineyard is worked sustainable, using always the most organic method of cultivation.

Fermented and aged on its lees for 9 months in 300 l. French oak barrels. Bottled in July 2018. Afterwards it will spend minimum another 5/6 months in bottle before it is released. 


Tasting Notes:  Elegant toasty aromas with mineral notes and spicy fruit. Delicious mouth filling and toasty with mature and exotic fruit working in harmony with the oak. Good acidity and expressivity. Long and persistent.

Notes: It is recommended to decant. Dinking very well now and over the next 4 – 5 years.
