The white wine from Bodegas Emilio Moro in DO Bierzo

Production: 

Made from 100% Godello, from vines located in the Valle de Silencio (León) at 600 metres in altitude.

Fermented at a controlled temperature and aged for 8 months with its lees in French oak, 2500-lt Fudres.

Tasting Notes: 

Yellow straw colour, fresh, and fragrant. Ripe white fruit and stone fruit, full with flavours of apple, herbs, and minerals, with good acidity and a dry finish.
