Production: From ecological and biodinamic farming. Each variety is vinified separately. Fermentation on skins at low temperatures.

Tasting Notes:  Wonderful floral-scented nose, revealing white flowers, roses, jasmine, apricots, and forest notes. Refreshing mouth feel, displaying a bouquet of white flowers and a pleasant citrus feel. Superb long fragrant finish.
