Production: 

Made from a selection of  Albariño grapes hand-picked.  Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, afterwards was left on its lees for 3 months.

Tasting Notes:  Very appealing fresh nose with fresh pears and apples, white flowers, notes and hints of lemon and lime. On the palate is packed with fresh fruit flavours, smooth and silky with citrus notes and nicely crisp acidity.

Notes: To be enjoyed over the next 2  years.

El Jardin de Lucia is produced by Bodega Zárate for the Uvas Felices Project. It has been elaborated by Eulogio Pomares Zárate from a selection of Albariño grapes sourced from the family owned winery and its 6.54 ha of owned vineyards which are divided in 11 small plots and located in the heart of  the “Val do Salnés” in the D.O. Rias Baixas.
