Production: Envinate, a venture of  four friends since studying together enology, whom they embark themselves in a project that is unique to them, following their passion and ideals with a lot of work and their expertise, they have proudly created a range of honest, authentic wines from distinctive areas, mainly in the area of Ribera Sacra and also the Canary Islands, always working with the local varieties, wines that talk of the terroir where they come from. They work in a natural style, do not employ any chemicals in any of their vineyards, all grapes are hand-harvested and use wild yeasts. Sulfur is added in those cases is needed when bottling and ageing will be carried out in old barrels and concrete vats.

The Albahra is a red Mediterranean wine, from inland vineyard of Castilla-La Mancha, a Garnacha Tintorera dominated blend with a small percentage of Moravia Agria, sourced from a single vineyard located at an altitude of 800 meters in the Almansa region. Fermented partly whole cluster with autochthonous yeasts in open concrete vats and matured also in concrete for eight months on its lees without any battonage.

Tasting Notes:  Fresh, honest aromas of red fruit and spices, berry fruit and cherry notes intermixed with floral notes. Mouth-filling, slightly earthy, rich dark fruit and hints of pepper. Fine tannins with a silkiness touch.
