Serving Temperature:  A temperature not too cold 10º - 12º. It is recommended to decant or let the wine breathe for a short time before serving.

Production: Natural and ecological white wine, a single varietal wine of White Grenache, selected grapes coming from high-altitude vineyards, growing on poor slate hillsides “Costers”, between 800 and 900 meters above sea level, up the hills of Prades in the small village of Vilanova de Prades.

The grapes growing at high altitudes are noted for their higher natural acidity content which benefits the production of a wine of much higher quality that exhibits an amazing depth, concentration and complexity, qualities that contribute to its unique personality and give them a remarkable capacity for ageing.

The wines are produced in a traditional way, small production and practicing a viticulture with highly respect to the environment, following the rules of the organic viticulture, both in the vineyard and in the winery, and the lunar phase calendar.  

The vines are organically farmed and duly certified by the authority CCPAE the Catalan Council of organic production; the public watchdog responsible to the ministry of Agriculture of the Catalan Government

The grapes have been manually harvested, fermented during 7 days with the skins in stainless steel vats and aged briefly in amphora for 4 months. Bottled in march 2021 without clarifying and unfiltered, no added sulfites, content of less than 4 mg/l

Tasting Notes: Freshness, depth and good aromatic complexity, citrus and tropical notes intermingle with some floral and herbals notes.
