www.vino-vi.com is the Web page for on-line shopping, property of Vinester Int. Sl., with legal domicile in Plaça Verdaguer 6, 43003 Tarragona y Nif B43800036, registered in the Registro Mercantil de Tarragona – Tom. 2066, de sociedades, folio 125, hoja nº T-30793, inscripción 1ª 14 de abril de 2005. Through this contract, VinoVi Vinoteca makes available to the customer, the natural or legal person, who contracts the products sold from our online store. All items displayed on our page meet the same quality and warranty requirements as the products that are sold in the physical establishment. Here we detail the rules that regulate the sale of the products presented on this page, where you are browsing. Any questions you may have can be asked, by contacting our customer service by mail or phone. The User declares that he is of legal age (over 18 years of age) and has the necessary legal capacity to contract for the services offered by the providers on the VinoVi website. Only records on our website and purchase orders are accepted in the online store of persons of legal age, and it is strictly prohibited the sale of alcoholic beverages to those under 18, as established by current Spanish legislation.


Our system is very easy. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy, and they will be added to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Before finalising the order, you will get a detailed summary of all the products purchased, with their prices, including tax (IVA) and transport charges, for you to check before confirming the order.
In the shopping cart, you can see the characteristics of the product, such as its name and price.

Important: All prices are quoted in euros, and are inclusive of Spanish IVA (value-added Tax @ 21%) for those countries where it applies, or unless otherwise specified, also include all specific current taxes in application in Spain, valid for deliveries in most of the European Union countries except for special regions. In those cases, any cost of importation duties, custom duties, or any possible local tax applicable must be paid by the receiver to the transport agency at the time of delivery.

The price does not include any transport charges, as the shipping cost depends on the country of destination and on the product's final weight.

Before making a purchase, you must register your details with us by filling out the customer checkout form. You can also fill out a customer account, and in that case, you will only need to introduce your access details. By creating an account, you will be able to shop faster, be up-to-date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

It is important that the data provided is true and accurate so that the entire process is carried out with maximum efficiency. We recommend that you confirm the shipping address and also provide us with a mobile phone and delivery preference schedules.

Before closing the purchase process, the customer will receive a summary of their purchase with its total price, including taxes and transportation costs.

All prices displayed on the website are valid and always related to available stocks.

We reserve the right to allocate a maximum number of bottles of each wine per customer.

Not all the products may be available in our physical shop at a given moment; for these products, the same offers and conditions apply, subject to availability from our suppliers.

When the requested vintage is not available due to an error in our stocks, we will offer the option of replacing it with another currently available vintage. In this instance, the buyer will be informed by email or telephone so that the buyer can decide to either accept a partial delivery of their purchase or cancel the entire order, In either case, the customer will immediately receive a full or partial refund

Payment Methods

We accept the following methods of payment:

Independent of the method of payment chosen. The client will receive an email with a detailed summary of the finalised shopping, and you will be facilitated with an identification number, with which you will be able to follow the order.

Please get in touch with us if this email is not received: as the most likely cause could be a technical error.

Bank Transfer

If you choose this method of payment, you will receive an email with the details of your order, the account number, and the bank details to which you should transfer the payment. You should quote the order number and your full name.

The bank transfer should take place within the following 3 working days from the confirmation of your order, and once we have received confirmation of payment, we will ship your order.

Payment must be made in euros; any Bank charges or commissions are the customer´s responsibility.

Credit Card / Debit Card

Transactions on the site are carried out using secure payment systems (https), and all data is transmitted to the bank using a secure payment server and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption systems technology for the transfer of credit card information. Your credit or debit card details are not recorded in any database but are processed directly by the POS of the bank contracted. Once the bank verifies in real time that the data is correct, the transaction will be carried out.

As an additional security measure, payments made with VISA or MasterCard cards require the CES code (Secure Electronic Commerce) based on the international 3D Secure protocols. This protocol is distinguished by the marks Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode.

If you do not have this CES code, you should contact your bank and request it.

When making a payment through a secure POS gateway, the system verifies that the payment card used is activated for secure e-commerce. The system connects directly with the card issuer, and the card issuer will authorise the transaction by entering a personal authentication code (which is different from the secret number or PIN of the card). Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.

Additionally to all the security procedures, the administrators of this site reserve the right to verify any personal details provided by the client and take action as we deem necessary against any unlawful use of the same.

The Estimated Delivery Time depends on the country of destination.

The estimated delivery time for Mainland Spain is 2-3 working days. All deliveries to the Balearic Islands and other European countries have an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days. Delivery time is considered from the time the item leaves our shop to when it arrives at your door. We can guarantee processing your order on the same day of request for all orders submitted and confirmed before 13:00 hrs (our time), provided that the required products are available and in stock at the moment of placing the order. For all orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays, and national or local holidays, the order will be processed on the following working day.
Remember that, all orders paid by bank transfer will not be processed until your payment has reached us or has been confirmed.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched.

We don´t deliver to PO Boxes.

If you wish, you can also pick up your order from our Shop to avoid any shipping charges. For this, please mark the box provided in our online checkout.

Our opening times are: from Monday to Saturday 10:00 – 14:00 and from 17:00 – 21:00 hrs.

To help avoid any delays or incidents when processing and shipping your order, please ensure your form is filled out completely and correctly.

Vino-Vi.com shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, fire, flood, storm, or any other natural disaster.

Returns & Refunds

You may cancel your order, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever at any time up to 14 working days from the day you receive your wine, provided all the bottles are unopened, intact, and returned to us in its original undamaged packaging. The total amount of purchased items returned and the equivalent cost of transportation will be refunded. The return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

To exercise the right to return, the following requirements must be considered:

  • The product must not have been opened or mishandled.
  • It must keep its original appearance.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging or any other packaging that guarantees the safe shipment of the same.

Upon receipt of the goods that are the subject of the refund and once they are confirmed to be in correct condition, VinoVi will refund the customer, without delay, the corresponding amount paid for those goods. including the original transport

If, when you receive your purchase, you detect or suspect that the package is not in order or that some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered, please do not accept the package and notify us as soon as possible to initiate the incident for a refund or an exchange. Should you decide to accept the package as the damage visible is small, please state it when signing for the package, then take photos of the package and the bottles damaged and contact us during the next 24 hours in order to proceed with the claim with the transport company, and we will replace or refund the bottles damaged.

We will also provide a full refund or a replacement for any wines that are faulty or from any incorrect order from our side shipped to you, and in that case, we will assume all the transport charges for its return. We will arrange collection of the products at your address within a period of 30 days from the time of purchase. For this, we will require that those bottles that have been found faulty by the customer to be returned to us, at least 75% full, closed with their original cork, and returned in their original packaging or any other way that guarantees the safe shipment of the returned bottles, in order for us to send them to the Bodega to evaluate and confirm the damage. In that case, VinoVi will send a replacement or refund the money.


We guarantee that the wines will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their general purpose.

Jurisdiction and legislation

These general conditions are submitted under Spanish legislation; therefore, it is understood that the sale is carried out at the seller's legal address.

Therefore, it will apply the law 34/2002 de 11 de julio de Servicios de la Información y el Comercio Electrónico.

In dispute, both parties will be submitted to Tarragona's Magistrate´s Court.


The web uses "cookies", which are small pieces of information that enable us to offer you a personalised web site, such as remembering your local store and displaying the products you have recently viewed.
