No T’Ho Diré is the first white wine from Terres de Vidalba Celler. A monovarietal of Grenache, made exclusively from grapes sourced from their own finca, a single vineyard named “Barranc de la Bruixa” near the village of Poboleda. Fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature of 12 – 15ºC during 25-28 days with a gentle, daily stirring of the lees (batonage) during 3 months.
Terres de Vildaba is the big challenge taken by the Nebot Vilà family, starting practically from cero and with lots of hard work and dedication, their project started to take shape, advancing surely forward at a steady pace to produce their personal wines which display the hallmark of the Priorat region and its terroir. In the north part of the Priorat region, they found their niche, near the village of Poboleda, a beautifully old farmland state of about 11 hectares which the forest was starting to take over. Perfectly orientated, east/south-east and at an altitude of approx. 500 meters above sea level and composed of very poor soils but well-drained, ideally suited for a slower ripening of the fruit and achieving freshness and good acidity in the wines.
Tasting Notes: Intense and bright yellow color. Good complexity, predominately fresh citric aromas, lemon, green apple, pear and white flowers. Freshness and elegance with a lovely mineral touch.
