La Traca is a project of Risky Grapes in Valencia. The grapes come from vineyards in the region of Requena (Valencia).

A blend of white, fruity, and floral grapes, with the Merseguera as the main protagonist. Grapes from organic viticulture from the Conejeros estate, family vineyards located at an altitude of 840 meters above sea level with poor, sandy soils.

The grapes are hand harvested after a rigorous selection. The wine is vinified separately by variety and plot. Destemming and light crushing. Cold maceration. Fermentation with native yeasts at a controlled temperature. Aging on lees in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes:

Young wine, un-oaked. It stands out for its freshness, fruitiness and floral character. Straw yellow color, clean and bright with aromas of stone fruits (peach, pineapple) and marked floral notes. Fruity and long, with a sweetness touch on the palate.
