Elaborated from 100% Organic grapes sourced from the highest of D.O. Penedès vineyards. A fruity, natural Mediterranean-style sparkling wine with a fine, integrated bubble, perfect to pair with summer foods, rice dishes, salads, and tapas.

Production: 

Fermentation takes place at low temperatures, using only the flower must and must resulting from a very soft pressing. The same yeasts are used for the first and second fermentation to achieve a complete metabolism of sugars and a delicate integrated pearl. 

Tasting Notes: Pale salmon color with small CO2 Pearls presence. Fresh and youthful, floral aromas of white flowers, such as gessami, orange blossom, fruits such as pineapple, lychee and peach.

Gramona, based in the village of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia in the heart of the Penedés, is a dynasty of vine growers, behind the identity of Gramona stands a long family venture, more than 125 years of their innovative project, supplying the most demanding and informed consumers with long-aged cavas and an extensive innovative and groundbreaking range of products of a very high quality which have positioned them today among the most renowned cava Houses of the region.
