Production: Aged for 12 months in 7000 ltr French oak barrels and after the coupage is done, the wine remains another 2 –3 months in Stain Steel tanks before it is bottled.

Tasting Notes: Forward and gentle, with a very youthful nose of ripe fruits and hints of spices. Easy going texture, fresh and lively on the palate with fruit and a touch of well integrated oak. Clean fresh finish.

Note: It can be drunk now and through 2025.

Les Cousins is a label made by two cousins Marc & Adrià Perez. They  started this new project together in 2007,  located in the village of Porrera, within the Appellation of Priorat. Both are well known in the wine making sector, having worked at the family vineyards and winery (Mas Martinet) and in the project of Cims de Porrera, and gained a wide experience working and studying in different vineyards and projects in other countries.
