Production:  Produced by Bodegas Tamaral, a small family run winery founded in 1997 and farming over 50 Ha. of own low yield, well drained vineyards located at an altitude of over 900 meters above the sea level around the municipal districts of  Peñafiel, Pesquera del Duero y Padilla de Duero. The Reserva comes from very old vines ranging between 45 to 100 years old located at an altitude of over 900 meters. The wine has age during 24 months in 60% French and 40% American new and used oak barrels.    www.tamaral.com

Tasting Notes: Full bodied with beautiful mocha, cherry and cassis fruits blending in perfectly with the ripe, rounded velvety tannins. Persistent and elegant.

Notes:  It can be enjoyed very well now and up to 7  - 9  years.
