Serving Temperature:  16º - 18º

Production:  Ecological wine from manual selection of the grapes. The Wine underwent malolactic fermentation  in oak barriques and in Stain steel vats. Aged for 12 months in medium-toasted new French Allier, Vosges and Nevers of 600 liters. 

Tasting Notes:  Complex  and beautifully poised nose with mature red and black fruits, and a touch of spice and mineral. The palate is dense and rich, plenty of flavour and character. Great weight and good length.
