Production: 

A blend of mainly Tempranillo (locally named Ull de Llebre) and a tiny percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon, 20 year old vines growing on alluvial soils on sunny slopes at an altitude of 370 meters above sea level  and sourced exclusively from the estate’s own 34 ha. of vineyards that can be found around the village of Montblanc in the province of Tarragona. 

Harvested just before the point of optimum maturity to maintain the freshness of the grapes. Fermentation at 20ºC in stainless steel vats.

The wine is now of ecological agriculture, duly certified by the authority CCPAE the Catalan Council of organic production, the public watchdog responsible to the ministry of Agriculture of the Catalan Government.

Tasting Notes:  Light, fresh and straightforward, displaying intense red fruits and floral notes, a young wine with rich flavours, structure and fruity.

Notes:  Best to be enjoyed in its youth over the next 1-2 years. Ideal to accompany pasta dishes, rice, vegetable dishes and white meats.
