Made at the modern distillery owned by the Berta family at the heart of the Piemonte region. It is made from the grape variety Barbera, using the finest grape skins from exceptional vineyards. Distillation discontinuous in copper pots. Refining in stainless steel for 3–6 months.

Very clean and transparent, elegant and harmonious, with flavors displaying fresh flowers notes and undergrowth.
