Made by the Family Nonino, the famous and well-known Italian grappa producers since 1897, five generations producing excellent grappas at the distillery in the Friuli region in Northeastern Italy. The Noninos bottle exclusively grappa and distillates made from fresh raw materials, distilled 100% with artisanal method in their own copper batch steam stills at Ronchi di Percoto.

The Grappa Nonino Friulana is a white grappa obtained from selected grape marc of white and red grapes from vineyards of Friuli. Discontinuous distillation with artisanal method in copper batch steam stills. Distillation takes place very slowly to allow the volatile components, responsible of the fragrances, a proper evaporation and the consequent condensation, preserving the precious organoleptic characteristics of the variety chosen. It rests from six months to a year in stainless steel tanks.

Elegant fragrance of bread crust with a herbaceous hint of liquorice. Transparent and persistent.
