Extra Virgin Oil based on the Arbequina varietal and completed with Picual, it has a very low acidity, between 0.2 and 0.3, and it is produced only by cold-pressing. Elaborated by the Veá's family, a family with a long tradition in the cultivation of olive trees and the extraction of the best extra virgin olive oil, and bottled under the "l'estornell" brand—a Catalan word for a type of bird that likes olives and helps himself during the harvest time.

Extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively by cold pressing. It has exceptional fragrance and delicacy, is fruity and sweet with a clean, bright colour, and is ideal for dressing salads for cooking, garnishing, and dipping.
