Serving Temperature: 14º - 16º

Young red wine, unoaked, bottled by Bodegas Risky Grapes. The Bobal grapes are farmed ecologically and come from the Requena area in Valencia, from dry-farmed vines growing on poor soils. It has fermented with 30% full clusters and aged for 7 months in stainless steel vats with its fine lees.

Tasting Notes:

Cherry color, very fruity, yet fine and light, refined with juicy red fruit, some sweetness feeling. Fresh, long flavors, natural acidity present, and polished tannins.
