Serving Temperature: 14º - 16º

Production:

Red Grenache 100% cultivated in a the traditional way with minimal intervention. Sourced from a single plot "Les Cometes" a vineyard which was already used by their ancestors, a perfect plot with calcareous-panal soils.

Manual selection of the grapes, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vat at controlled temperature of 25 -27ºC with native yeasts.

The wine spends 6 months in 350-liter amphoras and oak. Bottled unclarified and lightly filtered.

Tasting Notes:

A perfect expression of the Garnacha style. Scented nose of red and dark fruit aromas, subtly spicy, floral with the aromas from Mediterranean vegetation and wild flowers, also a fine minerality. Balsamic notes and a pleasantly fruity finish.
