The winery makes its first monovarietal of the Graciano variety, a variety that, although not very widespread in Castilla La Mancha, has perfectly acclimated to both the terroir and the climate of La Roda.
Grapes sourced from just one hectare of vineyard in the Cañada del Navajo, from organic farming, cultivated and processed in a sustainable way, respecting their environment and the terroir from which they come.

Production:
Fermented at a moderate temperature. Aged 10 months in 500-litre used French oak barrel.
Tasting Notes: Intense and elegant. Quite expressive with intense aromas and a distinct balsamic note, marked by the characteristic spicy and mineral hints. Round and smooth on the palate, presents excellent acidity and refined tannins.
Bodega Dehesa Luna Finca Reserva de Biodiversidad presents a new line of premium wines, made from autochthonous varieties coming from a Biodiveristy Reserve Estate at the very heart of Castilla y La Mancha region, in La Roda, Albacete. Their 64 hectares of vineyards are divided in 4 plots and surrounded by 2800 ha of natural space, rich in fauna and flora, inhabited by imperial eagles and other protected species. A vineyard designed to respect the environment, applying measures that balance all-natural resources of water and renewable energy to become a fully sustainable winery that works in accordance with the nature. The result is a range of great wines organically farmed which have been created in total harmony with the nature, wines that have obtained numerous awards and recognitions from the best critics worldwide. The wines are commercialized outside any Denomination of Origin.
