Organic wine sourced from a selection of red and white grape varieties picked manually from different plots with different soils located within the Denomination of Origin Montsant. This combination brings out the freshness, flavours, and aromas of this unique Mediterranean rosé.

Production:

Long fermentation and ageing in well-seasoned barrels and demijohn for 16 months.

Tasting Notes:

A gastronomical rosé with a lovely pale salmon colour. Fine and delicate with touches of white fruit, earthy notes, and complexity. Volume with an excellent soft texture.

Venus la Universal is a small winery located in the locality of Falset within the Denomination of Origin Montsant. It belongs to Sara Perez and her husband, René Barbier Jr., a young and super talented couple of enologists who make a very special team with plenty of experience, energy, and talent. Their 4 ha of vineyards are planted on granitic soils that are acidic and very poor in organic matter. They are all organically farmed, showing at all times a great respect for nature and the environment.
