Produced by Maison Simonnet-Febvre a traditional Chablis winery founded in 1840 and considered one of the oldest in the area; its Petit Chablis is made from one single grape variety: Chardonnay, under the Apellation Village, with an average of vines between 15 to 20 years and located on higher ground, stony terrain with soil compose of Portlandian Jurassic marl and high percentage of limestone. Vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged 6 to 8 months on its fine lees in steel tanks.
Tasting notes: Quite fresh with a mineral bouquet and a zesty palate, crispy, floral and fruity aromas of pears, peaches and melon, citrus character. Light to medium body, smooth and charming. Excellent value for money
