A style of wine that has characterised the winery for more than 30 years. This Chardonnay is their flagship wine, with lots of character and personality.

Production: 

Ecologic white wine elaborated from 100% Chardonnay. Fermentation and ageing on its lees in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Nose of ripe tropical fruit with hints of toast and citric notes. Good weight and good depth of flavour, with a beautifully creamy texture.

Cellers Avgvstvs Forvm is a small family-owned operation with the winery located in the Baix Penedès area and vineyards just 3 km from the Mediterranean Sea, enjoying a very special microclimate blessed with a constant sea breeze that brings in warm air from the sea, which is excellent for quicker maturing of the grapes and for preventing different illnesses.
