A project from Alfredo Arribas which includes a range of Natural wines made both in Montsant and Priorat, Pure, artisanal wines close to its origins

SiurAlta VINS NUS is Alfredo Arribas’ project in the DO Montsant and DOQ Priorat. This project includes a range of wines made in the most natural way, pure, hand crafted and close to its origins. Wines where the acidity constitutes the backbone of the wine, thus replacing the traditional tannic based structure, this can be achieved thanks to the higher freshness existing permanently in the SiurAlta area, which allows practicing a non-interventionist winemaking. Resulting in high altitude wines with great capacity for ageing.
