Serving Temperature: 15º - 17º

Production: Elaborated from 20 - 50 years old vines planted on high slopes facing mainly east and southeast and sourced from different small plots of extraordinary quality and a diversity of soils, chalky, clay and slate. Minimum intervention in the process of production and ageing, only a small part has a brief contact with second and third year old barrels, 2/3 has aged in concrete tanks and 1/3 for 5 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Ripe, wild red fruits, raspberry and blackberry, slightly earthy with herbs and soft spices. Medium bodied, full of berry fruit flavours, red currants, fragrant and complex, silky-smooth textured with a persistent freshness throughout the way.
