Production:

Elaborated from 20-50 year old vines planted on high slopes facing mainly east and southeast and sourced from different small plots of extraordinary quality and a diversity of soils, chalky, clay, and slate. Minimum intervention in the process of production and aging on its lees in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:

Ripe, wild red fruits, raspberry, and blackberry, slightly earthy with herbs and soft spices. Medium-bodied, full of berry fruit flavors and red currants, fragrant and complex, silky-smooth textured with a persistent freshness throughout the way.
