Production: 

White Grenache 100% cultivated in a the traditional way with minimal intervention. Sourced from the "Les Cometes" a vineyard which was already used by their ancestors, a perfect plot with calcareous-panal soils.

Manual selection of the grapes and fermented with the skins at controlled temperature with native yeasts.

The wine is made from 100% white Grenache but following the vinification process for red wine, that consist of a prolonged fermentation of two weeks in contact with the skin which provides the wine with a deeper golden color and body.

The wine will remain for 5 months with its lees in 350-liter amphoras. Bottled unclarified and lightly filtered.

Tasting Notes: Great aromatic intensity, authentic Grenache. Notes of Mediterranean forest herbs; rosemary, wild fennel and freshly cut grass, green almonds. Warm and harmonious.
